Flat Rate Shipping $9.95 for orders under $150 

*Express Shipping $15 - *Please note Public Holidays and weekends may affect the delivery times.

UK | Flat Rate $34.95 - Standard International Shipping Via Australia Post

International: Please note we are not responsible for duties or taxes that my be application in certain counties. 

All orders shipped From Victoria, Australia.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you have received a tracking number, be assured, it's on its way. If tracking comes up and details pending, it may not get scanned until it's on board for delivery to you.

Orders placed by 2pm are shipped same day where possible, orders made after this time, if we are not able to lodge them for same-day shipping they will be shipped the following day. (excludes weekends/Public Holidays)

You will receive a tracking number to track the item, please allow 2-4 days for Australia post to update any tracking progress. If you haven't received one, check your junk mail. To request tracking details email customercare@malilane.com.au we will check your email and re-send.

Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery, although we hope you have your order as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed and Stolen parcels, you must lodge a dispute/enquiry with Australia post as soon as possible. This process can take 4-6 weeks. We recommend tracking your items, using safe parcel lockers or be home when your delivery is due.

We cannot be held responsible for any Australia Post delays or lost parcels.

Ballarat Pick Up - Select 'Pick Up' Option at Checkout and Pick up from MALI LANE, 436 Sturt St, Ballarat within 14 days. If you need longer please let us know.

INTERNATIONAL - We offer delivery to NZ at a flat rate of $20. USA & UK $34.95 Flat Rate. All country import taxes and charges if applicable for your country are payable by the customer. (USA currently on Hold as of 26.08.25 due to change in tariff regulations)
