Refund policy

In alignment with ACCC we are not obligated to accept a return for refund for 'change of mind' purchases.

Refunds are offered when you purchase online and there is a major issue with the product, or if the product does not fit (excludes sale items).

If purchasing In Store, please take the opportunity to try on all of your items to make sure they are right for you, we are here to help you.

We have a 14 day return policy from when you receive your order, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with no make up, tan for perfume on garments.

If we believe the item has been worn, it will be automatically returned to you.

Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We may have a copy of this on our records if you are unable to locate your receipt, we are happy to help you with this.

Please provided details for the issue you have with the product and your reason for your return request.

We will provide you with details of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Please note that all shipping charges are at the customers cost unless the product is faulty. If a refund is issued we do not refund shipping.

SALE ITEMS | Sale items are classifed as 'final sale' and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and Perfume and Earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Let us know of your exchange request so we can ensure we have to goods when we receive your original order back.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
