SHIPPING:

Within Australia: Free Shipping on all orders over $150. Standard shipping under $150 is $9.95.

$15 Express Option Available.

NZ: $20 Flat rate for Standard international Post.

Orders despatched same day for orders placed before 3pm where possible, please allow 48hours to receive shipping details.

You should receive an order confirmation as soon as you have completed checkout, you will then receive your tracking details once your order is ready to be shipped. If you have not received correspondence, please check you junk folder or if using gmail please check you promotions folder.

RETURNS:

To align with the ACCC Return Policy we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

IN STORE RETURNS

If you are shopping in-store please be sure to try on your pieces on to ensure the correct fit. No returns will be accepted for change of mind. If there is an issue with you items eg. for gifts, and you wish to return, they must be returned within 14 days of purchasing in store.

Note: Any items being assessed for return must be in the original condition with all tags attached to the garment. Please ensure that the item is not damaged, have fake tan, make up or any.

If your item is faulty please return for assessment, please know we may need to have the brand assess the item be fore we issue a replacement or refund.

ONLINE RETURNS

For items purchased online, we understand that sometime the product is just not right for you, wether it be fit or style, please get in touch to discuss you options and provide return instructions.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase in the same condition it was purchased with Tags and any packaging along with proof of purchase.

Returns are assessed on an individual basis. For online returns Please email customercare@malilane.com.au for your returns authorisation number, returns may not be accepted without this.

Please choose carefully when making your purchase. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
