What is your Returns Policy?
We offer Returns and Exchanges (excluding Final Sale items). Refunds are offered if approved and the product is deemed not suitable for you.
How Long does shipping take?
In general you will receive your tracking within 48 hours. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping. During peek times please allow 2-4 extra days.
What if my product is Faulty?
Please email images and details of the through to customercare@malilane.com.au and we will arrange return and process a refund or replacement for the item.
If i see and items Online, can i try this in store?
Yes, All items that are available Online will be accessible in store, please show one of our team members what you would like to try and we will grab it for you.
My item has not arrived.
Please track with Australia Post using your Tracking provided. Once with Australia post this is out of our control. Please lodge a dispute with Australia Post asap.
